I've been messing with Paper for a while, finally decided to buy the drawing kit. If you don't know what Paper is, its an app available for the Apple iPad that lets you sketch out ideas using a pencil, ink, or water colors. Colors are a bit limited at the moment, but I'm sure that will change.

If you prefer using a stylus than your finger, I suggest looking up anything from the Bamboo line. Just make sure it is compatible with your drawing device.

This was sketched out first with the pencil tool and then colored with water color. One thing to note about this app is that it treats it as you're using a digital book. There are no layers or anything too fancy on this stylish app that you might find in something like Sketchbook Pro. The fine folks behind the concept of the Microsoft Courier idea left Microsoft, and created this application. So far so good! I really like it. The application itself is free, while the tools are not. Give it a try!
